A clear example of the superiority of the State’s apparatus over a citizen in cases of property security, it is possible to enforce the full amount due only on the decision issued by the tax office.

It should be emphasized that the appeal against the decision, by the citizen to the court, does not stop the run of the issued decision.
• securing personal property against bailiff’s actions,
• securing property against liability for the sole proprietorship of individuals who are members of the management boards of legal entities and holders of proxies,
• protection of assets of proxies and accounting advisors registering for their clients sp. z o.o., who are at risk of financial liability in the event of an offense committed by an entity registered by them.

Therefore, bearing in mind the indicated threats, the most important and overriding objective of our business is to remove property liability from our clients.
